Filing lawsuits against John and Jane Does is the favourite RIAA's hobby. In fact, that's what they utterly need to feel ok. Indeed, what can be better than sueding 12-old children and single moms?
And what is the funniest and not the least disgusting thing about all these lawsuits - that methods of identifying users, who share or upload music, are imperfect. That lead to issuing subpoenas to dead people, small children and even those people, who don't have computers.
One of the latest issued subpoenas is the one for the single-mom, who downloaded gangster-rap from KaZaa. And the latest issued subpoena is to the girl, who needs transplantation and who had uploaded 10 songs to the filesharing portal.
These outrageous lawsuits perfectly show how does RIAA treats us. Let's treat it in the same way - if we unite, we can do everything. The way it goes now is just abnormal.
